(2) After the lifting object rises, it generally moves to the lifting channel 0.5s higher than the highest equipment on the ground, and then rises along the channel. Accidents shall not be prevented by ground personnel or equipment. (3) Double hook crane shall not hang two items at the same time. The inoperative hook must be raised to the height of the specified position, and the rope shall not be hung on the hook. When each hook works alone, it can only lift objects that do not exceed the rated lifting capacity. Under special circumstances, when two hooks work together, the weight of the object shall not exceed the lifting weight of the main hook. When replacing the main hook and auxiliary hook, and the two hooks are similar in height, only one hook can be used separately to avoid collision between the two hooks.
(4) When lifting an object each time, the hook head (object selection equipment) shall be aligned with the center of gravity of the object, or the weight and center of gravity of the object shall be correctly estimated, and the hanging hook and hook shall be adjusted to an appropriate position. The left and right hooks are consistent. The car is moved to the left and right according to the left and right oblique hooks of the steel wire rope.
