What are the prohibited conditions for electric single beam crane
During the operation of electric single beam crane, some problems will be encountered. When the lifting machinery reaches some conditions, it is not allowed to be used. I will list these conditions below.
- The steel wire rope meets the scrapping standard.
- The hook, pulley and drum meet the scrapping standard.
- The braking torque of the brake cannot stop the rated load.
- Limit switch failure.
- The main stressed parts have cracks and open welding.
- The elastic deformation or permanent deformation of the main beam exceeds the repair limit.
- Wheel cracks, falling pieces, serious rail gnawing or "three legs".
- The electrical neutral connection protection hook fails to work or the insulation fails to reach the specified value.
- The temperature rise of the motor exceeds the specified value.
- Rotor resistance and one phase open circuit.
- There are people on the vehicle (except when special personnel are designated for inspection and repair).
- The new installation, modification and overhaul are not qualified.
- The track running beam is loose, broken, objects are broken, and the end stop fails.
When the lifting machinery products have one of the above situations, it must be prohibited to use, otherwise it will not only cause more serious damage to the machine, but also cause certain damage to the operators.
