Myth : Taper / Side pulling does not effect the performance of Cranes.
Fact : Taper/side pulling with crane should be avoided in all and every case, cranes are designed to lift load vertically, side pulling/dragging will cause stresses in the equipment which might lead to total failure and snapping of wire rope.
