The lifting mechanism of the double-beam bridge crane used in the workshop generally adopts hydraulic brakes, which need to be adjusted according to the requirements of the work during work. The adjustment of the crane brakes mainly includes the adjustment of the braking torque and the set back distance (the pusher compensation stroke Hb) The adjustment of the adjustment and the equal adjustment of the back distance. For crane brakes with automatic compensation devices, various adjustments are mainly required during initial installation (before use) and after replacing a new friction pad. If there is no abnormal phenomenon during use, generally no adjustment is required. The editor introduces how to adjust the hydraulic brake of the double girder bridge crane.
Adjusting the distance between the pads is actually adjusting the stroke of the pusher. In the brake, loosen the lock nut and tighten the brake lever clockwise to increase the pusher compensation stroke, and vice versa, reduce the pusher compensation stroke. Just adjust the compensation stroke hc to the specified value. If the compensation stroke of the pusher is adjusted too large, it is necessary to unscrew the compensation tightening bolt and take out the compensation sleeve. At this time, the shift pin is not obstructed by the triangular plate and can rotate freely counterclockwise. At this time, you can loosen the crane brake lever counterclockwise, and finally recover, readjust the compensation stroke and the automatic compensation device.
Generally, the equalizing device of the tile back distance does not need to be adjusted, and only needs to be adjusted after the initial or reinstallation. The method is to open the crane brake manually or electrically, and observe the distance between the left and right pads. If the retraction distance of the right tile is greater than the retraction distance of the left tile, loosen the set nut on the left and turn the adjusting bolt clockwise (or loosen the set nut on the right and turn the adjusting bolt counterclockwise), and observe the left and right The change of the back distance of the tile. If not, continue until they are equal. The equalizing lever should be roughly horizontal, otherwise, you need to move the position of the crane brake base so that the brake center line roughly coincides with the brake wheel center line.
The adjustment of the braking torque is very simple, only need to adjust the torque nut. Generally, when a wrench is used to turn the torque adjustment nut clockwise, the spring length becomes shorter and the braking torque increases, and vice versa. The length of the spring must not exceed the upper and lower lines shown on the torque scale, otherwise, the spring may be damaged, causing the crane brake to fail and even cause a safety accident!
(1) Press the compensation device pin down to the bottom (contact with the lower surface of the inner ring of the compensation sleeve).
(2) Loosen the set bolt until its lower end is outside the inner ring of the compensation sleeve.
(3) Manually or automatically raise the pusher push rod, at this time the detent is brought up. Then manually release or power off the pusher to reset the push rod under the action of the brake spring. At this time, the position of the dial pin will be pressed down a bit.
(4) Tighten the set bolt down until its lower end is basically in contact with the shift pin, and then tighten the set nut.
The adjustment of the automatic compensation device is now complete.
