If domestic and foreign standard products cannot meet the requirements, try to choose products determined by domestic and foreign brake manufacturers. If it still fails to meet the requirements, it will be designed by the person or a professional organization in accordance with the regulations.

Mechanical matching principle: When selecting a brake, you must fully consider whether the brake specification (center height) is consistent with or similar to the center height of the mechanical brake (motor center height during high-speed shaft braking, drum center height during low-speed shaft braking) .

Safety principle: When selecting braking and braking methods, the safety of various bridge crane structures should be fully considered and matched with their safety requirements. If the quality of the bridge crane brake is unqualified, it is very prone to failure. When encountering problems, understand the reasons for the failure of the crane's brakes and propose solutions in a targeted manner.

It is very important to choose a reliable bridge crane protection device. We have repeatedly emphasized this point. For example, if the overload limiter fails, once the operation is wrong, the entire bridge crane will be crushed, causing catastrophic consequences.
