The Colombian crane market shrank significantly to $X in 2020, down -X% compared to the previous year. From 2007 to 2020, the average annual growth rate of shipments to Portugal was relatively modest. Exports to other major destinations recorded the following average annual export growth rates: Uruguay (+X% per annum) and Peru (-X% per annum).

By value, Peru ($X), the Amerika Serikat ($X) and Portugal ($X) appear to be the largest markets for Colombian global crane exports, together accounting for X% of total exports. In terms of major destination countries, the U.S. experienced the highest growth rate in export value during the period under review, while shipments from other major destination countries showed a mixed trend.

In 2020, Colombian crane imports contracted sharply to X units, a -X% drop from 2019 figures. Overall, however, imports recorded significant growth. In value terms, Peru ($111,000), the United States ($76,000) and Portugal ($61,000) were the largest markets for Colombian cranes exported globally, together accounting for 82% of total exports.

In 2020, the average import price of cranes was US$35,884 per unit, an increase of 49% over the previous year.
