Wire rope electric hoists are mainly used in electric single-beam cranes, electric suspension cranes, hoist gantry cranes, monorail cranes and other lifting equipment, suspended under the I-beam running track. The editor of our factory introduces common faults and solutions of electric hoists.

The electric hoist should be repaired in time if there is a problem

1. Wheel skidding

There are dirt such as oil and water on the track surface such as I-beam or the wheel tread. At this time, it is necessary to remove the dirt on the track surface or the wheel tread.

2. The wheel is suspended

①The flange surface of the supporting wheel such as I-beam is irregular

②The manufacturing and assembly accuracy of the running car is poor, and the three-leg phenomenon is serious.

Solution at this time:

① Perform flame repair

②Inspect and trim according to the requirements of manufacturing and assembly accuracy.

3. Wheel/rail climbing

①The rail end stop (stopper) or buffer is asymmetrical

②The active and passive weights of the running trolley are unbalanced, causing the passive side, causing the wheels of the passive side to wing up and climbing the track.

Solution:

①Re-adjust (or trim) the stop or buffer to a symmetrical structure.

②Add counterweight on the passive side.
