A common fault in the operation of single-beam cranes-"rail gnawing" is caused by the poor quality of the crane rail device. After the rail is gnawed, the crane wheel flange and the rail side have severe friction, resulting in rapid wear and deformation of the wheel flange, and severe wear on the side of the rail head. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the device debugging of the single beam jalur derek.

1. Before installing a single-beam crane track, check the installation condition of the workshop's track beam. Crane rail installations are generally based on rail beams. If the quality of the track beam device is not good, it will directly affect the crane track device. Therefore, before the track installation, the straightness of the track beam should be checked carefully. The height difference of each track beam is controlled within 3mm, and the deviation of the center line of the track beam should also meet the requirements of relevant national regulations. The crane track installation can only be carried out after the various targets of the track beam are satisfied with the requirements of the specification.

2. When preparing the device track, put the line first, and then hoist the track to the corresponding position. The track can be fixed by welding pressure plates and bolt pressure plates, and the distance between the pressure plates is not more than 600mm. No matter which form is adopted, the track should be spot welded and aligned before being fixed. The rail joints are connected by fishplates, and the height difference and lateral misalignment of the rail joints after connection should not be greater than 1mm. After the track installation is completed, the oil stains, paint and other sundries on the track surface should be carefully checked to prevent the single-beam crane from slipping during its traveling. At the same time, the track after the installation should be checked and accepted in accordance with national regulations to ensure that the targets are within the permitted range of the regulations.
