1.  The new hook shall be subject to load test, and the hook mouth shall not exceed 0.25% of the original opening.
2.  Frequently check the hook for cracks, serious deformation, corrosion and wear during use.
3.  The hook shall be tested once a year. During the test, the static test shall be conducted for 10 minutes with 1.25 times the allowable working load. Cracks, cracks and other residual deformations shall be inspected.
4.  Kerosene shall be used to clean the three dangerous parts, and a magnifying glass shall be used to check for cracks. The plate hook shall check the bushing and pin for wear.
5.  Defects on the hook shall not be repaired.
6.  The hook of the bridge crane shall be equipped with a locking device to prevent accidental decoupling of the lifting object.
7.  When hanging the sling, hang the sling at the bottom of the hook. During operation, if the hook is directly hung on the lifting ring of the component, it cannot be firmly fixed to avoid deformation of the hook body due to lateral force.
8.  Overload operation of the hook is not allowed.
