  1.  Rail gnawing will occur when the crane is working, which will cause greater noise and vibration.
  2.  Rail grinding increases the running resistance of the vehicle due to friction, resulting in overload operation of the running motor and driving mechanism for a long time, which may burn the motor or twist the transmission shaft.
  3.  Rail grinding causes forced contact between wheel and rail, which intensifies the mutual wear of wheel and rail. In severe cases, it will lead to metal peeling and warping deformation of wheel flange and rail side, accelerate wheel rail damage and reduce service life.
