This is an order for overhead cranes sold to Thailand in 2022. The customer purchased one HD type 3-ton overhead crane from our crane factory, paired with NR type Kerekan tali kawat listrik Eropa. The order was placed at the factory on September 26th, production was completed on October 26th, and a test video was sent to the customer for confirmation on November 7th. Pengenalan Derek Overhead HD

Derek HD adalah sejenis derek ruang kepala rendah, biasanya digunakan di bengkel pabrik dengan ketinggian ruang rendah, yang dapat secara efektif menggunakan ketinggian ruang dan menambah ketinggian angkat.

The HD electric single-girder crane is independently developed and designed on the basis of introducing advanced European design and manufacturing technology and combining the latest domestic standards such as GB3811-2008 and JB/T1306-2008. The appearance is beautiful, and the driving mechanism adopts KONE three-in-one reducer (hard tooth surface reducer, frequency conversion brake motor), which is completely comparable to similar European products in terms of appearance and technical performance. Its superior performance is reflected in the mature application of modular design, frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic detection and other technologies, and various protection functions such as overload protection, overcurrent protection, and voltage loss protection make the electric single beam more perfect.

Derek girder tunggal listrik HD cocok untuk bekerja dalam kondisi lingkungan tingkat kerja A3～A5, suhu lingkungan kerja -25℃ ～+40℃, kelembaban relatif ≤ 85% dan tidak ada media yang mudah terbakar, meledak, atau korosif. Kapasitas angkat 1-16 ton, dan bentang 7,5-25,5 meter. Catu daya derek adalah AC tiga fase dengan frekuensi pengenal 50Hz atau 60Hz. Tegangan pengenalnya adalah 220V ~ 660V. Batas atas dan bawah dari fluktuasi tegangan motor yang diizinkan adalah ±10%, dan kehilangan tegangan internal derek tidak lebih dari 3%.
