How many tonnages of single girder bridge cranes must be inspected annually according to regulations

The newly published "Special Equipment Catalog" stipulates that cranes with a rated lifting capacity greater than or equal to 3t and a lifting height greater than or equal to 2m require inspection. That is to say , cranes of more than 3 tons need to be inspected , as well as regular annual inspections. Therefore, single girder bridge cranes of more than 3 tons need to be inspected annually according to regulations.

The annual inspection fee standards may vary from place to place, so you need to consult the local inspection department to determine.

Regarding the time limit and time of the regular annual inspection:

1.  The equipment user shall submit an inspection application to the inspection and testing agency one month before the expiration of the safety inspection qualification period. The inspection and testing agency that receives the application shall accept the application and make an arrangement plan within 5 working days to ensure that the regular inspection is completed on time.
2.  After the regular inspection work is completed, general equipment should issue a regular inspection report or certificate within 10 working days, and large equipment can issue an inspection report or certificate within 30 working days. For the equipment that needs to be put into operation in time after the inspection is qualified, the personnel engaged in the inspection and testing agency can issue and be responsible for the preliminary conclusion of the regular inspection within 5 days after the completion of the inspection.
3.  If the user unit disagrees with the inspection conclusion, it may submit its opinions in writing within 15 working days after receiving the inspection report (or preliminary conclusion and opinion letter).

The annual inspection of single-beam bridge cranes is to ensure the safe use of equipment, and the user should pay attention to it.
