During the lifting process, there was a sudden power failure , and it was unable to recover for a short time and the motor was burned out so that the heavy objects could not be placed on the ground.

Approach:

Install a wire rope on the main beam of the crane, and use a chain hoist to slowly lower the weight

Event 2:

During the lifting process, the contactor burns out or the control wire breaks so that the motor cannot work, and the heavy objects are suspended in the air.

Approach:

Find a cable as a temporary power supply, one end is connected to the hoisting motor, one end is connected to the temporary power supply, adjust the motor forward and reverse rotation, slowly put down the heavy objects.

Event 3:

When lifting heavy objects, the brake suddenly fails and cannot carry the heavy objects.

Approach:

While inching the up button, start the big and small cars to make the heavy objects fall to a safe place.

Event 4:

When the handle cannot control the mechanism and the mechanism is still running.

Approach:

Please observe the environment before using the vehicle, find the power switch of the vehicle, and disconnect the switch in case of emergency.

Daily maintenance of cranes

During the operation of the single-beam crane, the rotation and relative movement parts of the crane and the electronic control system should be checked at any time. If there is any abnormal sound or vibration, the fault should be eliminated in time.

Enterprises should regularly check the lubrication and wear of single-beam cranes, check the operation of motors and reducers, and clean and lubricate them regularly. Seriously worn parts should be scrapped and replaced in time.
