1. The installation of bridge crane must be prepared in advance

For a factory building, the bridge crane can be installed prior to the installation of other equipment, so that it can be fully utilized for frequent transportation and hoisting during the installation of other equipment. Companies need to do the following:

1) Obtain the cooperation of the civil construction unit, and prepare the crane beam in advance for the installation of the track;

2) Obtain the cooperation of construction and supervision units and equipment suppliers to deliver the complete set of bridge crane equipment in advance. This also requires the company to make advance reservations to avoid affecting the overall progress due to the production cycle;

3) Organize the strength, select the correct construction method, and hoist the bridge crane in place on the track as soon as possible;

4) Clean, refuel and energize the bridge crane in the shortest time. If necessary, a temporary power supply can be installed for use.

2. The track installation must be accurate to eliminate the phenomenon of rail rolling

3. The installation location must be accurately determined

Generally, the bridge crane can be assembled on the ground and then hoisted onto the track by a crane as a whole. The hoisting point should be determined according to the structure of the bridge crane, the weight and the center position of the bridge body, trolley and cab.

During the overall hoisting, in order not to affect the equipment on the trolley, the trolley is generally fixed on the outside of the wire rope and close to the binding point.

4. The bridge body should be entered in sequence and assembled after leveling

1) In order to avoid the second displacement of the bridge body in the workshop, the two halves of the bridge body should enter the workshop in order and orientation, unloaded at the designated location and assembled. To do this, the position and the bridge crane cab should also be considered. Direction of hoisting rotation.

2) The bridge body that enters the factory building must be assembled with bolts after being solidified and leveled to ensure that the wheels of the bridge crane are on the same plane.

3) The special connecting plates of the two halves of the bridge body must be assembled according to the manufacturer's mark. To tighten the connecting bolts, both cross-tightening and split-tightening methods should be used at the same time, not one-time tightening.

5. When the width of the bridge crane is greater than the column distance of the workshop, the hoisting method should be determined after calculation

In individual industrial plants, there are bridge cranes with a width greater than the column spacing of the plant. Whether this type of bridge crane can be hoisted as a whole must be determined through calculations.

6. The roof headroom is insufficient, and the hoisting plan should be determined after accounting

Some old factory buildings have been modified to install cranes, but the headroom height of the factory buildings is not enough, and the overall hoisting may not be possible. If the cooperation of the civil construction unit is needed, partial roof slabs can be reserved so that the boom can be extended out of the roof for overall hoisting.
