"Mongolia-China Friendship Week" series of activities launched in Mongolia

The "Mongolia-China Friendship Week" series of activities hosted by the Mongolia-China Friendship Association of Mongolia and co-organized by the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia held an opening ceremony in Ulaanbaatar on the 26th. The series of activities are aimed at enhancing mutual understanding between the people of China and Mongolia, and expanding people-to-people exchanges and people-to-people and cultural cooperation.

Mongolian State Secretary Akhbayar, Chinese Ambassador to Mongolia Chai Wenrui and others attended the ceremony.

Onkhbayar said that at present, the friendly and cooperative relations between Mongolia and China are developing continuously, the friendship between the two peoples is continuously strengthened, and the comprehensive strategic partnership is developing smoothly. The good-neighborly friendship between Mongolia and China can be regarded as a model of friendly relations and practical cooperation between neighboring countries. He expressed his belief that the friendly cooperation between the two countries and the mutual understanding between the two peoples will be further deepened.

Chai Wenrui congratulated the opening of the "Mongolia-China Friendship Week" series of activities and expressed his gratitude to the Mongolia-China Friendship Association, the organizer of the activities. He said that the "Mongolia-China Friendship Week" series of activities will further strengthen the mutual understanding between the two peoples, enhance the friendship between the two peoples, and lay a solid public opinion foundation for the long-term and stable development of China-Mongolia relations.

As part of the "Mongolia-China Friendship Week" series of activities, the "Happy Tianjin" photography exhibition was exhibited in Ulaanbaatar, and the "Beautiful Yunnan" photo exhibition and the "Xinjiang Landscape" photography exhibition were held in Bayan U in the west of the country. Exhibited in the provinces of Légues and Khovd.

It is understood that during the event, there will also be a publishing ceremony for the Mongolian version of the Dictionary of Chinese Culture and Knowledge, and an excellent article contest on the theme of "China Development in My Eyes". Various Mongolian television platforms will broadcast documentaries on China's successful poverty alleviation and desertification prevention and control.
