Names and technical standards of individual parts of single beam crane (I)

Single beam crane is composed of many parts, including hook, wire rope, pulley block, hook, etc. what technical standards do these parts need to be checked? The following is a brief introduction to the names of individual parts and technical standards of Dongqi crane.

1 hook

1. (1) Disassemble and check the hook, shaft, beam, pulley and bearing, and clean and lubricate them
2. (2) Check the wear condition of dangerous section
3. (3) Hook test
4. (4) Maintenance of plate hook
   1.  The hook, beam and pulley shaft shall be free of cracks, the threaded part shall not be loose, the bearing shall be intact, the pulley shall be rotated, and the knife mark or crack at the thread retraction groove shall be replaced.
   2.  If the wear of dangerous section exceeds 10% of the original height, it shall be replaced.
   3.  After overhaul, the hook shall be subject to test and inspection, suspended at 1.25 times of the rated load for 10 minutes, the elastic opening of the hook mouth shall not exceed 0.25% of the size of the hook mouth, and there shall be no permanent deformation and crack after unloading;
   4.  After the plate hook is riveted, the gap between plates shall not be greater than 0.3mm

2 steel wire rope

1.  Broken wire inspection
2.  Radial wear
3.  Deformation inspection
4.  Lubrication of steel wire rope
   1.  if the number of broken wires in one lay distance exceeds 10% of the total number of steel wires, it shall be scrapped according to the standard
   2.  If the radial wear of the steel wire exceeds 40% of the original diameter, the whole steel wire rope shall be scrapped
   3.  If the diameter of the steel wire rope is reduced to 70% of the rope diameter, the rope core is exposed, and the broken strand shall be scrapped and replaced with a new steel wire rope
   4.  Before lubrication, clean with steel wire brush and kerosene, and dip and saturate with steel wire rope hemp grease (Q / sy1152-65) or synthetic graphite calcium based lubricating finger (sya1405-65)

3 pulley block

1.  Disassemble, wash and repair the pulley block and check for cracks
2.  Maintenance of pulley groove
3.  Inspection of shaft hole
4.  Assemble
   1.  The pulley shaft shall not have cracks, the journal shall not be worn, the original diameter shall not be 30%, and the taper shall not be greater than 5%. If it exceeds this value, it shall be replaced.
   2.  Check the groove shape of the pulley with a sample plate. The radial wear shall not exceed 30% of the wall thickness, otherwise it shall be scrapped. If it does not exceed the standard, it can be repaired. After overhaul, it shall be checked with a sample plate. The bottom and lateral clearance shall not be greater than 0.5mm, the deviation between the sheave groove center line and the sheave center line shall not be greater than 0.2mm, and the deviation between the rope groove center and the contour end face shall not be greater than 1mm.
   3.  After overhaul, defects no more than 0.25cm2 are allowed in the shaft hole, and the depth shall not exceed 4mm.
   4.  After assembly, it shall be able to rotate flexibly by hand, and the lateral swing shall not exceed D / 1000. D - nominal diameter of pulley.

4 drum

1.  Drum rope groove
2.  Drum surface
3.  Reel shaft
4.  Assembly and installation
   1.  if the rope groove is worn more than 2mm, it shall be re machined. After overhaul, the rope groove shall meet the requirements of the drawing, but the wall thickness of the drum shall not be less than 81% of the original thickness
   2.  The drum surface shall be free of cracks, obvious out of roundness, and the pressing plate screws shall not be loose
   3.  There shall be no cracks on the drum shaft. After major repair, it shall meet the requirements of the drawing. When the wear exceeds 5% of the nominal diameter, it shall be replaced with a new one
   4.  The center line of the drum shaft shall be parallel to the supporting surface of the trolley frame, and the deviation shall not be greater than 1mm / m. after the drum is installed, the deviation of the center line of the two shaft ends shall not be greater than 0.15mm
