    1.  when the wear of wheel tread exceeds 15% of the original thickness, it shall be replaced with a new part. If it does not exceed this value, it can be re turned and repaired by heat treatment. The wheel diameter shall be within the tolerance range, the surface quenching hardness shall be hb300 ~ 500, and the wheel diameter shall be greater than Φ The quenching layer thickness of 400mm shall be greater than 20mm; less than Φ When 400mm, the quenching layer thickness shall not be less than 15mm.
    2.  The diameter deviation of the driving wheel shall not exceed 0.1% of the nominal diameter, that of the driven motor car wheel shall not exceed 0.2%, that of the electric hoist wheel shall not exceed 1% of the nominal diameter, and that of the driven motor car wheel shall not exceed 0.2%; The wheel diameter deviation of electric hoist shall not exceed 1% of the nominal diameter
    3.  If the wear amount of the rim reaches 50% of the original thickness or the broken area exceeds 30mm2, it shall be scrapped, and if the bending deformation of the rim thickness reaches 20% of the original thickness, it shall be scrapped.
    4.  The wheel shall be scrapped if cracks are found
    5.  If the ovality of wheel tread reaches 1mm, it shall be scrapped
    6.  The installed wheel assembly shall be able to rotate flexibly by hand. Several wheels installed on the same balance frame are in the same vertical plane, and the allowable deviation is 1mm

    3.  Axial clearance within the range of 0.03 ~ 0.18mm is allowed between the inner and outer rings of tapered roller bearing. The adjustment clearance of bearing gland shall be within the range of 0.5 ~ 1.5mm
    4.  The allowable clearance between shaft and bearing bush (mm) is shown in table a

    5.  The allowable radial clearance between shaft and key (mm) is shown in table B
