2. Check the model, specification and quantity of the equipment, materials and accessories according to the equipment packing list, and should meet the requirements of the design and equipment technical documents, and should have a factory certificate and factory test records;

3. The equipment should be free of deformation, damage and rust, and the wire rope must not be rusted, damaged, bent, looped, kink, cracked, or loose;

4. The coordinate position, elevation, span length and flatness of the ground surface of the crane ground track foundation, crane beam and installation embedded parts should meet the requirements of design and installation;

5. The end face, straightness and twist of the rail should be checked before the auxiliary installation of the rail, and it can be laid only after it is qualified.

The standard installation of equipment is the first step, and safety inspection is the basis of the installation process. Therefore, everyone must not ignore the necessary inspection work, and solve the problems found through the inspection in a timely manner to provide more guarantee for efficient operation and safe lifting.
