1、 Operating conditions of electric hoist bridge crane
The laying of crane subgrade and track must comply with the requirements of the original factory, and the track grounding resistance shall comply with relevant regulations.
The gantry crane using cable must be equipped with cable drum, and the distribution box shall be set near the middle of the track.
For the crane powered by the sliding line, the two ends of each sliding line shall be marked with bright colors, and the sliding line shall be provided with protective railings.
When the electric hoist works in the open air, the motor shall be equipped with rain and snow proof facilities.
2、 Inspection and startup of electric hoist bridge crane before operation
The track shall be straight, the connecting bolts shall not be loose, there shall be no obstacles within the operation range of the track and the crane, and the gantry crane shall loosen the rail clamp.
Key inspection before operation:
The appearance of mechanical structure shall be normal; Fasteners shall be fastened; The wear of steel wire rope shall meet the requirements; All safety limit devices shall be complete and reliable.
Turn the controller to the zero position before turning on the power supply. After turning on the power supply, check the metal structure of the crane and confirm that there is no leakage before starting the machine. Special escalators must be used for up and down operation rooms.
3、 Safety precautions during operation of electric hoist bridge crane
Before starting, sound a signal first. The lifting and lowering operations of heavy objects shall be balanced. Large pieces shall not be lifted quickly. The lifting of flammable, explosive, harmful and other dangerous goods shall be approved by the competent safety department and corresponding safety measures shall be taken.
The lifted heavy objects shall pass over the safety passage of the workshop, and pedestrians are strictly prohibited from passing through the equipment.
Drive slowly after lifting heavy objects, and do not change speed and reverse suddenly during driving. When two cranes operate at the same time, keep a distance of 3-5M. It is forbidden to push another crane with the top of one crane.
When the operator enters the bridge or carries out maintenance and repair through the warehouse door from the operating room or room rack platform, there shall be an automatic power-off interlocking device, otherwise the power supply must be cut off in advance.
In case of rainstorm or strong wind above level 6, the gantry crane operating in the open air shall stop operation and lock the rail clamp.
When the deflection of the main beam of gantry crane and bridge crane exceeds the specified value, it shall be repaired and reinforced to make the deflection of the main beam return to normal before use.
4、 Safety precautions after operation of electric hoist bridge crane
After operation, the bridge crane shall lift the hook to the middle of the track and the ground, stop the sports car between the two tracks, and the gantry crane shall lock the rail clamp.
Turn the control switch to the zero position, cut off the power supply, clamp and lock the doors and windows of the operation room.
