3.2 Basic requirements
3.2.1 Operator

3.2.1.3 Operators must accept inspections by safety supervisors at all levels, and operators should master emergency accident handling plans, and strictly implement and implement safety measures and related regulations;
3.2.2 Inspection after new installation or overhaul
3.2.2.1 The newly installed electric hoist or the electric hoist after dismantling and inspection shall first be tested for several times in an empty car. But before the installation is complete, do not try to turn on the power;
3.2.2.2 Check the insulation resistance of the motor and control box with a 500V megger before use. The cold resistance should be greater than 5MΩ at room temperature before use;
3.2.2.3 Before normal use, a static load test should be carried out at 125% of the rated load, lifted about 100 mm from the ground for 10 minutes, and check whether it is normal;
3.2.2.4 Acting as required to comply with the test: the dynamic load test is to perform repeated lifting and moving tests of the rated load weight. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, the electrical part and the connection part are normal and reliable;
3.2.3 Check before use
3.2.3.1 Before using the electric hoist, it is necessary to check the safety and technical condition of the steel wire rope, rope guide device, hook, control button, switch, brake, stopper, reducer and other components;
3.2.3.2 If the steel wire rope is found to be bent, deformed, or corroded before use; the steel wire rope is not allowed to operate in abnormal situations such as the wire rope's fracture degree exceeds the specified requirements and the amount of wear is large;
3.2.3.3 Before use, check whether all lubricating parts are filled with enough slippery grease;
3.2.3.4 Check that there should be no leakage of electrical parts, and the grounding device should be good;
3.2.3.5 Every time a heavy object is hoisted, stop and check the braking condition when hoisting 10cm away from the ground, and work only after confirming that it is intact;
3.2.3.6 It is necessary to confirm the weight of the goods to be hoisted, and overload use is prohibited;
3.3 Safety precautions during operation of electric hoist
3.3.1 The lifting object should be tied firmly and in the center of gravity;
3.3.2 The hoist must be moved to the top of the object and then lifted. Tilted lifting and use as a horizontal drag tool are not allowed to avoid damage to the rope guide device;
3.3.3 Do not use overloaded, do not lift objects connected to the ground;
3.3.4 Do not hold your hands between the rope and the object when lifting, and prevent collision when the hanging object is ascending;
3.3.5 When hoisting and walking, the heavy objects should not be too high off the ground, heavy objects are strictly prohibited from passing over people's heads, and no heavy objects should be suspended in the air between work.
3.3.6 When using the electric hoist, no one is allowed to work under the hoisting object, no idlers are allowed to enter the hoisting dangerous area, and special personnel should be assigned to look after it;
3.3.7 It is forbidden to take people on the lifting object, and it is strictly forbidden to use the electric hoist as the lifting mechanism of the elevator to carry people;
3.3.8 Lifting objects and hooks cannot be lifted in a swinging state;
3.3.9 Do not carry out lifting operations when it is impossible to see the site, the situation of the hanging objects and the command signals;
3.3.10 Do not allow the electric hoist to control the power cord to be stressed during work;
3.3.11 During lifting, it is strictly forbidden to twist the steel ropes together. When the steel ropes are twisted together, it is forbidden to lift them forcibly;
3.3.12 It is not allowed to suspend the load in the air for a long time to prevent permanent deformation of the machine parts and other accidents;
3.3.13 The limiter is a safety device set to prevent the hook from rising or falling beyond the limit position, and cannot be used as a travel switch;
3.3.14 Excessive jog operation is strictly prohibited, and two buttons that make the electric hoist move in opposite directions are not allowed to be pressed at the same time;
3.3.15 When the crane is working, the crane shall not be inspected and repaired;
3.3.16 Do not adjust the brake of the lifting mechanism under load;
3.3.17 When lowering the hanging objects, it is strictly forbidden to fall (sliding) freely;
3.3.18 Do not use limit position limiter to stop;
3.3.19 During the descent of the heavy object, if the brake is found to be severely damaged, self-slipping, or unable to stop, press the "up" button quickly to raise the weight a little, and then press the "down" button to keep the weight slowly. Lower to the ground, and then check the gourd;
3.3.20 During the hoisting, when the heavy object falls due to a fault, emergency measures must be taken to lower the heavy object to no one's place;
3.3.21 After the electric hoist is used, it should stop at the designated place, the hook should be raised to a position above 2 meters above the ground, the main switch of the power supply should be opened, and the power supply should be cut off;
In order to ensure that the electric hoist is in a safe state, maintenance and inspection must be done.
4.1 Supplier's requirements
4.1.1 The installation and maintenance company must have the "Special Equipment Maintenance, Installation and Re-election License of the People's Republic of China";
4.1.2 Maintenance personnel must have a special operation permit for "Mechanical Installation and Maintenance of Lifting Machinery Operation";
4.1.3 Installation and maintenance companies must have good safety performance and quality performance.
4.2 Technical requirements for maintenance
4.2.1 Monthly maintenance items:
Hook mark and anti-decoupling device;
Defects of hooks and wear of dangerous sections;
Increase of hook opening;
The hoist chain joint is stagnant with cracks and wear;
Wheel and pulley defects: wear, abnormal noise; whether the bearing is worn or lacks oil;
Brake adjustment status;
The working condition of the reducer;
Whether the open gear is worn;
The condition of the rope guide, whether the cable is damaged, whether the trolley motor and the hoist motor have abnormal noises or odors;
Line insulation resistance (12.7M ohm);
Short circuit protection of main power switch and loop;
Portable control device;
Grounding of electrical equipment and metal structures (4 ohms);
Height limiter, end stop, emergency power off switch;
No load, static load, and dynamic load test;
Refuel the electric hoist and check whether all bolts are loose.
The electric hoist must keep enough lubricating oil in use, and keep the lubricating oil clean, free of impurities and dirt;
Lubricate the reducer according to regulations, once every three months;
Grease the surface of steel wire rope and drum once a week;
The bearing chambers of all parts shall be lubricated every six months, and grease shall be injected once;
Always check whether the wire rope is bent, knotted, the strands are protruding and twisted, the strands and individual wires are broken, the end of the rope is firmly fixed, whether the wire rope is clean, etc. The wire rope should not be significantly worn or corroded;
Whenever it is used up, check and arrange the steel wire ropes, cables and operating handles, etc.;
Check the wire rope regularly, pay attention to the fixed condition of the end of the wire rope, when it is found that the wire rope reaches the scrap standard, immediately stop using it and replace it;
The inspection and scrapping standards of wire ropes are implemented in accordance with CB/T5972-1986 "Practical Code for Inspection and Scraping of Wire Ropes for Lifting Machinery";
When oiling the wire rope, use a hard brush or small wooden pieces. It is strictly forbidden to directly oil the working wire rope by hand;
The power supply must be cut off before maintenance and inspection, and at the same time, it must be carried out under no-load conditions.
4.2.2 Annual inspection items:
4.2.2.1 Electric chain hoist hoisting test not less than three times a year;
4.2.2.2 Assist in the official inspection of the electric chain hoist every two years.
