What are the acceptance criteria for single beam cranes

1.  When the company receives the goods, it must first check whether there are equipment parts that have not been received according to the dispatch list. Ensure that no parts are missing during installation.
2.  The coordination between the whole crane and the factory building, as well as the coordination between the trolley and the bridge should be appropriate. The cooperation between the trolley and the bridge is mainly: the trolley gauge (the horizontal distance between the center planes of the wheels) and the trolley gauge on the bridge should be the same; secondly: the buffer on the trolley and the position of the stop on the bridge should be well coordinated , The striker on the trolley and the travel limit switch on the bridge should be properly matched. The plane layout of the trolley should be compact and the height should be small, so that the height of the crane can be reduced accordingly, thereby reducing the height of the factory building.
3.  The arrangement of the mechanism on the trolley and the coordination requirements between the parts in the same mechanism are appropriate. The distance between the lifting mechanism and the trolley operating mechanism should not be too small, otherwise the maintenance is inconvenient, or the trolley frame is difficult to design; but it should not be too large, otherwise the trolley will not be compact.
4.  The wheel pressure distribution of the wheels of the trolley is required to be uniform. And it is required to obtain the smallest wheel, axle and bearing box size, and to make the crane bridge main beam receive uniform load. Generally, the maximum wheel pressure should not exceed 20% of the average wheel pressure.
5.  The mechanism on the trolley frame and the trolley frame should be properly matched. In the design principle, we should focus on the mechanism, and try to use the trolley to cooperate with the mechanism; at the same time, the layout of the mechanism should be as convenient as possible for the design and manufacture of the steel structure. Because the trolley frame is to install and support the lifting mechanism and the trolley operating mechanism, the trolley frame should be designed in accordance with the requirements of the lifting and operating mechanism. However, the layout of the mechanism should also be matched with the structure without affecting the work of the mechanism. The design of the frame makes its structure simple, reasonable and easy to manufacture.

Remarks: In addition to meeting the above conditions, the local quality and technical supervision bureau must meet the standards to be considered as qualified.
