Inspection items for maintenance motor of double beam crane

2. For newly installed or long-term unused motors, check the insulation resistance between the motor windings and the windings to the ground, and the insulation resistance of the rotor winding slip ring to the ground and the slip ring before use. The insulation resistance shall not be less than 1MΩ per 1KV working voltage, and the insulation resistance shall not be less than 0.5MΩ when measured with a 500V megger for 380V working voltage.

3. Check that the voltage, frequency and connection method shown on the nameplate are consistent with the actual situation and the connection method is correct.

4. The motor shaft of the double-beam crane can be pulled by hand to rotate freely.

5. The bearing is well lubricated.

6. The grounding of the motor is reliable.

7. The surface of the brush on the slip ring of the winding motor should all be close to the slip ring, the wires should not collide, and the brush lifting mechanism is flexible.

8. The motor grounding should be good.

9. Inspection of temperature rise. The temperature rise is an important indicator in the operation of the motor, it marks the degree of heat generation of the motor. If the motor temperature rises greatly or suddenly increases, it means that the motor is faulty, overloaded or unreasonable. For cranes designed and manufactured by ourselves, temperature rise tests should be carried out before being put into operation. In order to judge whether the crane motor is faulty or the selection is reasonable, a temperature rise test should also be carried out. The motor of the crane in use may not be subjected to temperature rise test, but judged by experience or by touching it by hand (the casing should not be hot).

The motor is the power source for the operation of the double-beam crane. If there is a problem with the motor, it will inevitably affect the normal operation of the crane and the normal production of the enterprise. Therefore, the maintenance personnel must do a good job in the maintenance of the crane motor.
