3.1 Project Name: Gantry Crane リモート制御 System Reconstruction Project of Ningbo Beilun Third Container Terminal Co., Ltd.

3.2 Service scope: This project requires 7 gantry cranes (including 5 from Ningbo Chuanshan Terminal Operation Co., Ltd., and 2 from Ningbo Beilun Third Container Terminal Co., Ltd.), 1 remote operation room, 1 remote control machine room, and 1 spare spreader and the corresponding operation yard infrastructure to realize the operation of the gantry crane in the remote automatic/semi-automatic/manual mode. It can manage and control 3 gantry cranes, and remotely control the gantry cranes in the yard through the video monitoring screen to perform safe and stable operations. The project adopts the "turnkey" project supply method in the storage yard of Chuanshan Port Area, Zhoushan Port, Ningbo. The project transformation includes design, procurement, development, software writing, installation (assembly), commissioning, testing, trial run, acceptance, and special inspection. , training and after-sales service.

3.3 Quantity: 7 sets.

3.4 Delivery time: 10 months (the installation and commissioning of 2 gantry cranes will be completed before December 31, 2021).

4. Qualification Requirements for Bidders

4.1 A service provider with an independent legal person qualification, and has all the legal documents for the bidding goods, has the ability to repair and renovate, and has the business scope of this bidding project, and has the ability to provide this bidding project and the required design, procurement, manufacturing, Transportation, disassembly, commissioning until final inspection and after-sales service.

4.2 Bidders must have the "People's Republic of China Special Equipment Installation, Retrofit and Maintenance License" (type: gantry crane; construction category includes transformation) issued by provincial and above quality and technical supervision departments or provincial and above market supervision departments. Above or "People's Republic of China Special Equipment Production License" (licensed items include transformation; sub-item: gantry crane) B level and above (licensed scope covers the scope of this bidding).

4.3 This project does not allow consortium bidding and subcontracting.
