All steel structural parts shall be subject to surface shot blasting pretreatment after blanking, and the surface derusting quality grade shall not be lower than the Sa2.5 standard in steel surface treatment. If it cannot be unified, the Tenderer must provide different specifications of oil gun, one for each specification. 2.7 Safety system of crane 2.7.1 General requirements: labor protection measures for human safety, protection, radiation, etc. shall comply with relevant national and industrial standards. 2.7.2 Safety and environmental protection: in addition to the separate protection of moving parts and oil, fluid, wires, cables, etc., the motor and reducer parts must be provided with reliable fully enclosed protection to ensure that dust does not invade. 2.7.3 The crane shall be equipped with a complete safety protection system, which shall at least include the following contents: it shall be equipped with an automatic overload limiter, and there shall be an overload display and an audible and visual alarm (the installation position shall be able to be seen directly below the crane). The surface on the equipment that may be in direct contact with the human body should not have sharp corners or sharp protrusions to prevent personnel from scratching. 2.7.7 The noise sound pressure level of the crane trolley during stable operation shall not exceed 80 dB, and the noise sound pressure level of the lifting mechanism during operation shall not exceed 80 dB. 2.8 Technical requirements for electrical control system 2.8.1 Workshop power supply: three-phase four-wire system, national standard voltage variation range: 380V ± 10% 50HZ ± 1%. 2.8.2 Power supply protection The power supply of the complete machine is controlled by the main circuit breaker that can be manually disconnected. The circuit breaker must have the isolation function, so that the power supply of the crane can be conveniently cut off during the maintenance of the crane or when the crane is not working for a long time. The control of the main circuit breaker shall have the function of electromagnetic tripping, its rated current shall be greater than the rated working current of the crane, and its setting value of electromagnetic tripping current shall be greater than the maximum working current of the crane. The arc-breaking capacity of the main circuit breaker shall be able to break the short circuit current occurring on the crane. The main circuit breaker should also have the function of voltage loss protection. When the power supply of the crane is interrupted, the circuit breaker should automatically trip. When the power supply of the sliding contact line is restored, the circuit breaker must be manually reset to restore the power supply of the crane. The reading method of number identification is generally from left to right (from insulation end to wire nose direction), and cannot be reversed. The number on the identification must be consistent with the contents of relevant procedures, drawings and data. The wiring in the motor junction box should also have the same wire number as the drawing. 2.8.5 The motor control system shall have the following protection functions: overcurrent protection. Thermal sensor element or thermal overload protection device shall be installed in the motor. 2.8.6 Each application unit with front and back or reverse action logic relationship of interlocking protection must have reliable interlocking relationship, and front and back can not produce misoperation. At the same time, it is necessary to consider possible misoperation and design corresponding software and hardware protection system to avoid equipment and personnel damage caused by misoperation. 2.9 Identification 2.9.1 The factory identification of the crane shall be installed on the obvious position of the main beam of the crane. The nameplate shall at least indicate the following contents: the name and trademark of the manufacturer. Product name, model and manufacturing date. Factory number, production license number and work level. Rated lifting capacity, span, lifting height and working speed. 3. Inspection and acceptance of the equipment before delivery The Buyer has the right to inspect and test the equipment to confirm whether the equipment meets the requirements of the technical specifications of the contract, and will not bear additional costs. The inspection and test shall be carried out at the equipment manufacturer and the place where the equipment is used. The inspection and test conducted in the equipment manufacturer is pre-acceptance, and the Buyer's inspectors shall be able to obtain all reasonable facilities and assistance. 4. Installation, commissioning and acceptance 4.1 After the equipment arrives at the Buyer's site, the Buyer shall organize personnel to unpack and inspect the goods, and the Seller shall send inspectors to the site to participate in the inspection.
