3. All inspections and handling conditions should be recorded in time.

two. Daily inspection

The main content of the crane daily inspection:

① Whether the control system is flexible and reliable;

② The brake conditions of each organization;

③ Wire rope and its fixing condition;

④ Conditions of hooks and pulleys;

⑤ Conditions of each safety protection device;

⑥ The temperature rise and slippage of the motor;

⑦ Tightness and lubrication of transmission parts such as reducer.

three. Monthly inspection

The main content of the crane monthly inspection:

① The integrity of the "safety inspection qualified" mark;

②The technical performance of the crane in normal operation;

③All safety and protection devices;

④ Leakage and performance of electrical circuits and hydraulic circuits;
