Analysis of common faults and solutions for pulley blocks of bridge crane components:

Wear is one of the most common problems with pulleys. When the wall thickness of the pulley groove wears to 1/10 of the original wall thickness, and the radial wear reaches 1/5 of the rope diameter, it is necessary to replace a new pulley. When the pulley data is uneven, the device is unqualified, and the rope and the pulley are in poor contact, the pulley groove may show uneven wear. At this moment, the amount of wear is calculated according to the most severe part. As long as the above requirements are satisfied, new pulleys should be replaced in time.

The main shaft of the pulley is also simply damaged. If damage is found, it is necessary to replace it with a new one. When the spindle wear reaches 3% to 5% of the nominal diameter, the spindle should be replaced with a new one. In the operation of the bridge crane, the pulley cannot rotate, which will cause the pulley shaft and the wire rope to wear. The smoothness and inspection of the pulley bearing should be strengthened. If the pulley block of the bridge crane component is found to be inclined, most of it is caused by the loose positioning of the pulley shaft or the wire rope jumping. The positioning member should be reinstalled or the wire rope anti-falling function should be added. When the pulley block of the bridge crane component shows cracks or flange fractures, it is directly judged that the pulley is damaged, and a new pulley should be replaced.
