Introduction to operation mode of single beam bridge crane

Single beam bridge crane refers to the single beam type bridge crane. It is a kind of bridge crane commonly used in the workshop. The commonly used models are LDA, LDP, etc. Some customers don't know what the operation mode of single beam bridge crane is. I'll introduce it to you here.

The operation mode of single beam bridge crane can be divided into ground operation mode and air operation mode. Air operation is the cab operation mode. The ground operation mode can be divided into handle operation and remote control operation. We introduce the advantages and disadvantages of handle operation, remote control operation and cab operation.

1.Handle operation mode

When operating with the handle, the operator is located under the single beam crane and close to the lifted materials. This increases the risk factor. Once the traveling crane has problems or materials are scattered, it will inevitably endanger the operator. This is the inevitable risk of using handle operation. In addition, the handle operation will frequently drag the handle line, which is easy to damage the handle line. If the handle line with poor quality is used, it will lead to frequent driving faults.

Of course, the handle operation also has advantages. The handle is fixed under the driving, so there is generally no accidental collision or misoperation.

2.Remote control

Remote control operation is more convenient than handle operation and is not limited by space. The effective control range of the remote controller can reach 100m. Therefore, during hoisting, the operator can stay away from the crane to avoid certain hidden dangers. But remote control also has some disadvantages. Some time ago, when a user finished driving, the remote control was casually left on the table. As a result, other people mistakenly touched the button at the same time, resulting in the "self operation" of the driving. Fortunately, there was no accident. Therefore, the user is also reminded that when the single beam crane is operated by remote control, it is necessary to make a box for the remote control. It shall be installed on the wall, and it shall be ensured that other irrelevant personnel cannot touch it.

3. Air operation

The operation has a wide field of vision. Disadvantages: it needs the cooperation of the following personnel.

Because the single beam bridge crane is relatively simple, the ground operation mode is generally used, and the remote operation mode is used more and more. Of course, there are many ways to use empty operation. The specific operation mode needs to be selected by the customer according to their own conditions.
