After clarifying the customer’s needs, the Dongqi Crane team quickly started the design and manufacturing work. We carefully designed the size, structure, load-bearing capacity and other aspects of the crane based on the customer’s workshop layout and operating procedures. At the same time, in order to ensure the stability and safety of the crane, the team also adopted advanced manufacturing processes and strict quality inspection processes to ensure that each piece of equipment meets the highest standards in the industry.
After the equipment was manufactured, the Dongqi Crane team sent professional technicians to Slovenia for on-site installation and commissioning. They worked closely with customers to accurately calibrate and debug the crane according to the actual conditions of the workshop, ensuring that the equipment could operate properly and meet all the customer’s needs. During the commissioning process, the team also provided customers with detailed operating training and maintenance guidance to ensure that customers can skillfully use and maintain these equipments.
