7 Dangerous part safety signs 2.3 The trolley slip line, rail sweeping plate, and cable drum shall be painted with a red safety color.

14 Local flatness of main beam web 3.4 There should be no serious unevenness in the web of the main beam. The local flatness shall not be greater than 0.7δ within H/3 of the flange plate of the compression zone, and the remaining area shall not be greater than 1.2δ.
15 Span deviation 3.5 When the crane is newly installed, the span deviation should be measured when the rail gnawing phenomenon occurs in the operation of the cart. Universal bridge cranes, electric single-beam cranes, and electric single-beam suspension cranes with detachable end beams and boring and direct wheel-mounted structures. 37 Pulley defect 5.3.2 The pulley should rotate well, and should be scrapped in the following situations:
a. Defects that damage the wire rope such as cracks and broken rims;
b. The wall thickness of the wheel groove wears up to 20% of the original wall thickness;
c. The diameter of the bottom of the wheel groove is reduced by 50% of the diameter of the wire rope or there is a groove at the bottom of the groove.
38 Pulley anti-drop groove device 5.3.3 There should be a device to prevent the wire rope from falling off the groove, which is reliable and effective.
39 Brake setting 5.4.1※ Each mechanism of a power-driven crane should be equipped with a brake, and the brake of the hoisting mechanism should be normally closed. For hoisting hot metal, flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods, as well as the lifting mechanism that may cause major danger or loss after an accident, each set of driving devices should be equipped with two sets of brakes.

49 Reel selection 5.9.1 The diameter of the reel D 0min (D 0min=h 2·d) should not be less than the value specified in Table 5. For the multi-layer winding drum, the end should have a flange that is 2 times the diameter of the wire rope than the outermost wire rope.
50 Roll defect 5.9.2 There should be no cracks or excessive wear on the drum wall.
51 Working condition of rope guide 5.10 The rope guide should be roped effectively within the working range, and there should be no defects such as jamming and missing parts.
52 Chain condition 5.11 The link chain should not have defects such as cracks, open welding, etc., and the diameter of the chain link should be scrapped if the wear amount reaches 10% of the original diameter.
53 6. Electrical Electrical equipment and electrical components 6.1.1 The components should be complete and complete; the mechanical fixing should be firm without looseness; the transmission part should be flexible and free from jamming; the insulating material should be good, without damage or deterioration; the electrical connection of bolts, contacts, brushes and other connecting parts should be reliable and non-contact bad. The electrical equipment and electrical components selected on the crane should be compatible with the power supply, working environment, and electrical equipment and electrical components used under working conditions. 57 Electrical isolation device 6.4.1 The low-voltage main power circuit on the crane should be equipped with a main isolation switch or other electrical isolation device that can cut off all power sources. When there is no main isolation switch or other electrical isolation device on the crane, the main power switch should have an isolation effect.
58 Short circuit protection of the main power circuit 6.4.2※ The total power circuit of the crane shall have at least one level of short-circuit protection. Short-circuit protection should be realized by automatic circuit breakers or fuses. Each phase of the automatic circuit breaker shall have an instantaneous overcurrent release, and its setting value shall be determined by the type of the automatic switch. The rated current of the fuse melt should be selected according to 1/2-1/1.6 of the peak current of the crane.
59 Loss of pressure protection 6.4.3 The main power supply on the crane shall be protected against voltage loss. When the power supply is interrupted, the main power circuit must be able to be disconnected. When the power supply is restored, the main power circuit cannot be automatically connected without manual operation.
60 Zero protection 6.4.4※ The crane must be equipped with zero position protection (except for the operation of the mechanism using button control). When starting operation and restoring power supply after loss of voltage, the controller handle must be set to the zero position before the motors of the mechanism or all mechanisms can be started.
61 Overcurrent protection 6.4.5 Each mechanism on the crane should be individually set with overcurrent protection. AC wound asynchronous motors can use overcurrent relays or automatic circuit breakers with thermal releases for overload protection.
When using an overcurrent relay to protect a wound asynchronous motor, the setting value of the overcurrent relay set in the two phases should not be greater than 2.5 times the rated current of the motor. The setting value of the total overcurrent relay in the third phase should not be greater than 2.25 times the rated current of the motor plus the sum of the rated currents of the motors of the other mechanisms. The setting value of the thermal relay of the protective cage AC motor should not be greater than 1.1 times the rated current of the motor.

67 Grounding of electrical equipment 6.7.1 The metal structure of the whole machine is allowed to be used as the grounding trunk line on the crane, and the metal structure must be a conductive whole with reliable electrical connection. If the metal structure is connected with a non-welded part, another grounding trunk or jumper should be provided. All the normally non-charged metal shells, transformer cores and metal isolation layers, stringing metal ducts, and cable metal sheaths of all electrical equipment on the crane should have a reliable grounding connection with the metal structure.

75 Anti-tip safety hook 7.7 A single-girder crane with a hook drop on one side of the main girder shall be equipped with an anti-tipping safety hook. When the trolley runs normally, it should be ensured that the clearance between the safety hook and the main beam is reasonable, and there is no jamming in operation.
76 Overhaul the cage 7.8 For cranes powered by bare slide lines, a fixed and reliable maintenance crane should be installed on the side close to the slide line or provide convenient and safe facilities for the maintenance of the slide line.

Hang in the air for no less than 10 minutes. After unloading, check the permanent deformation. After repeating 3 times, there should be no permanent deformation. At this time, the camber of the main beam is not less than 0.7S/1000 (electric single beam, suspension crane is not less than 0.8S/1000), and the cantilever end is not less than 0.7L 1 /350 or 0.7L 2 /350. The crane should not have cracks, loose connections, damaged parts and other defects that affect the performance and safety of the crane.
84 Dynamic load test 8.4 Newly installed, overhauled, and modified cranes should undergo this test. Lift 1.1 times the rated load, and carry out individual and linkage tests of lifting, braking, and operation of large and small cars in accordance with the working cycle and the allowable connection duration of the motor, and the duration is not less than 1 hour. The structure and mechanism of the crane should not be damaged, and the connection should not be loosened.
