1. Electromagnetic cranes application scope and request

  • 1.1 This regulation is applicable to the safe technical operation of electromagnetic chuck.

2. Electromagnetic cranes Safety technical operation request

  • 2.1 Operator request of lifting electromagnetic chuck
    • 2.1.1 The operator should be able to understand the safe operation rules and grasp the relevant precautions.
    • 2.1.2 The operator should understand the basic structure and function of the lifting electromagnetic chuck that is frequently operated, and carefully study the "DC Lifting Electromagnet Operation Manual" before operation
    • 2.1.3 The operator should be able to understand the role of crane safety equipment and grasp the corresponding common sense of hoisting work.
  • 2.2 Precautions and operation requests before starting work
    • 2.2.1 Workers must wear safety helmets, anti-smashing shoes, protective glasses and other labor protection supplies.
    • 2.2.2 Various parts that should be checked before work
      • ①Check whether the electric hoist is normal, and whether the wire rope is faulty or damaged;
      • ②Check if the remote control operation button symbol is the same as the crane movement;
      • ③Check whether the braking effect of the brake is outstanding;
      • ④Check if there are abnormal noises and vibrations when the work organization is empty when the work is organized;
      • ⑤Check if there is any abnormality in the hook pulley block;
    • 2.2.3 Before using the lifting electromagnetic chuck, you should first acknowledge that it is not powered, and then gradually lower the hook of the electric hoist, connect the cable connector (plug in and lock the screw), and finally connect the chain link of the electromagnetic chuck Hang on the hoist chain of the electric hoist.
  • 2.3 Precautions and operation requests at the beginning of work
    • 2.3.1 After acknowledging that the equipment is not abnormal, press the star key to turn on the main power supply to gradually raise the lifting electromagnetic chuck, and the height from the ground does not exceed 50 cm.
    • 2.3.2 Raise the lifting electromagnetic chuck above the designated drop weight placement address, slowly lower it, and touch the base of the lifting electromagnetic chuck to the upper surface of the falling weight, and then press the 1 button on the remote control to make the lifting electromagnetic chuck Magnetism occurs when energized.
    • 2.3.3 After confirming that the lifting electromagnetic chuck is holding the drop hammer (if it is not firmly sucked, please put down and lift it from the head), operate the electric hoist to slowly translate and rise, and the lifting height should not be higher than 50 cm at this moment.
    • 2.3.4 When the lifting electromagnetic chuck and the drop hammer are moved directly above the product to be crushed (that is, straight above), first place the protective net in the crushing area to avoid the product splashing during the crushing, and then operate the electric hoist to start to rise, at this moment The ascent height must not exceed 5 meters.
    • 2.3.5 After confirming that the lifting electromagnetic chuck and the falling hammer are above the desired crushed product, press the 2 button on the remote control to make the lifting electromagnetic chuck power off and the falling hammer to fall freely.
    • 2.3.6 Repeat the operation process of 2.3.2~2.3.5 until the product is broken to the specified requirements.
  • 2.4 Precautions and operation requests after work
    • 2.4.1 After the crushing is complete, after the lifting electromagnetic chuck is firmly sucked into the drop hammer, the electric hoist is operated to move it to a fixed address, and the lifting height shall not be higher than 50 cm at this moment.
    • 2.4.2 Press the 2 button on the remote control and put down the drop hammer.
    • 2.4.3 Then place the lifting electromagnetic chuck at the designated address.
    • 2.4.4 Press the stop button of the remote control to power off the lifting electromagnetic chuck, disconnect the cable connector (loosen and unplug the screw), and finally take the chain link of the electromagnetic chuck from the hook of the electric hoist Down.
    • 2.4.5 Hang the hook on the cable connector on the hook of the electric hoist and slowly rise; when it reaches a safe height, stop, press the stop button of the remote control to close the main power supply and complete the operation.

3. Electromagnetic cranes Matters needing attention

  • 3.1 The electromagnetic chuck must be energized after it falls on the sucked object.
  • 3.2 Lifting electromagnetic chuck and drop hammer are only allowed to be used for crushing goods, and not for other purposes.
  • 3.3 The electromagnetic chuck is strictly prohibited to be placed on the wet ground, let alone placed in the water.

Because electromagnetic cranes are magnetic, operators must abide by the driver's operating procedures when operating to ensure their own safety.
