- Center distance: measure the center distance of gear with micrometer or special vernier caliper
- The clearance between tooth side and tooth top can be measured by pressing lead wire

- the gear wear on the first shaft of the reducer of the lifting mechanism shall not exceed 10% of the tooth thickness, and the rest shall be less than 20%; The wear of the gear on the first shaft of the reducer of the trolley running mechanism shall not exceed 15%, and the rest shall be less than 25%.
- When the tooth surface pitting damages 30% of the meshing surface and the depth reaches 10% of the original tooth thickness, the gear shall be scrapped, and the gear teeth shall not have cracks or broken teeth. Otherwise, replace it.
- There shall be no cracks on the shaft, and the total bending length of the shaft shall not exceed 0.03mm/m. If it exceeds the standard, it shall be straightened.

- Check with red lead. The meshing area shall not be less than 45% of the tooth height and 60% of the tooth width
- The joint surface (split surface) of the reducer box shall not be smashed, bumped and seriously scratched at any part, high point of the edge, flanging, etc., and the clearance after the split surface is fitted shall not exceed 0.03mm, and no oil leakage shall be ensured. Parallelism above 1m shall not be greater than 0.5mm; Under no-load condition, the motor shall be driven at 1000r / min, and the forward and reverse rotation shall not be less than 10 minutes respectively. During startup, the motor shall not have vibration, impact and violent or intermittent abnormal sound; The temperature rise in the box shall not exceed 70 ℃, and the absolute temperature shall not be higher than 80 ℃; The temperature rise of bearing shall not exceed 40 ℃, and its absolute value shall not exceed 80 ℃
