Lifting machinery registration and regular inspection system

According to the "Regulations", registration and regular inspections are the basic obligations of special equipment users. Lifting equipment users should do a good job of lifting equipment inspections in accordance with relevant regulations.

Lifting machinery must be regularly inspected according to regulations

In order to do a good job in the registration of lifting appliances and ensure the normal implementation of regular inspections, the following should be done:

1. Use lifting appliances manufactured by a company with corresponding license qualifications and passed supervision and inspection.

2. Before putting into use or within 30 days after putting into use, hoisting machinery shall go to the special equipment registration department of the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau to register for use in accordance with regulations, and place or attach the safety inspection mark to a prominent position of the equipment.

3. If for some reason, hoisting machinery in use is to be stopped for more than 1 year or needs to be stopped at the time of regular inspection, the equipment should be sealed up, and within 30 days, a written application should be submitted to the special supervision section of the local quality and technical supervision bureau (sub-bureau) to report the suspension .

4. When the user of the lifting machinery is changed, it shall go to the original registration department to cancel the use registration within 30 days after the change; and notify the new user to go to the local registration department to go through the use registration according to the regulations.

5. If the lifting appliance is scrapped, it shall go to the registration department for cancellation of its use registration.

6. The period of periodic inspection of cranes is no more than 2 years, and the period of fixed simple lifts and motor vehicles in the factory is 1 year;

The safety management personnel of lifting machinery shall, one month before the expiration of the period of validity of the periodic inspection, actively submit an application for periodic inspection to the Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institute, and make preparations for inspection in advance.

7. After receiving the inspection acceptance notice, the safety management personnel of lifting machinery shall notify the maintenance unit or arrange related personnel to cooperate with the inspection on site.

8. During regular inspections, safety management personnel shall provide relevant technical information to inspectors, truthfully reflect the use of lifting appliances, and provide inspectors with necessary working conditions.

9. For cranes that fail to pass the inspection, management personnel should promptly entrust a qualified unit to carry out rectification and re-inspection is required after the rectification is completed. Only the cranes that pass the inspection can continue to be used.

10. After passing the inspection, the safety management personnel shall promptly replace the "Safety Inspection Qualified" sign and file the inspection report in time.
