Now, the remote control is widely used in the operation of the crane. With the remote control, the operator only needs to operate on the ground, and does not need to follow the crane closely. The editor introduces the operation and maintenance manual of the crane remote control.
Note: Please read this manual carefully before operation
1. Notes for users:
1. The operator must be in good health, good spirits, and be able to recognize and judge the safety of the operation.
2. Turn off the main power supply of the crane and remove the transmitter key when it is temporarily suspended. And place the transmitter properly to avoid random pressing by non-operators and other accidents that may cause danger.
3. The transmitter has insufficient power, exceeds the remote control distance or is severely interfered, the operation will be slow or delayed, and the operation should be stopped at this time.
4. The performance of ordinary batteries is reduced when the temperature is below 10°C, and the output of batteries below 0°C may stop output. At this time, the low-temperature battery should be replaced. Such as mercury batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries.
5. When not in use for a long time, please take out the battery.
6. Regularly replace the protective rubber sleeve of the transmitter.
7. Please note the emergency treatment before use.
2. Operation:
1. Turn on the main power supply of the crane. (Select remote control operation)
2. Correctly install a battery with sufficient power.
3. Plug in the transmitter power key.
4. Check the performance of the crane and remote control on a daily basis.
5. Operate the crane in the correct way.
6. After the operation is complete, press the stop button.
7. Remove the power key of the transmitter and place the transmitter properly.
8. Turn off the main power supply of the crane.
3. Daily inspection:
Note: Daily inspection can detect equipment failures in advance to ensure the safety of operation. If you find any doubts about operation, you should stop operation immediately and use it after troubleshooting.
Method: 1. Press the emergency stop button for three seconds to check whether the transmitter has sufficient power.
A. A flashing (on) red light indicates that all batteries need to be replaced.
B. A flashing (bright) yellow-green light indicates that the power is normal.
2. Check whether the emergency stop is normal:
After turning on the machine, hold down the (up) button and don't let it go, and then press the STOP emergency stop button. At this time, the crane should stop (up). Repeat other actions (up, down, east, west, south, north, etc.) several times.
3. Test whether each movement of the crane and its limit switch function are normal:
Note: When testing, be ready to press the STOP emergency stop button at any time to prevent crane limit switches from malfunctioning. Many cranes do not have limit switches under their actions. Therefore, the lower limit test cannot be performed, otherwise all steel cables (chains) will fall.
4. Installation of transmitter battery:
Please pay attention to the direction of the battery during installation, and install it correctly. Press the STOP button for more than one second before each use, and it will be bright yellow-green. Test whether the battery is fully charged to avoid insufficient power. And pull out the power key after daily use.
5. Handling of emergencies:
1. Press the emergency stop button.
2. Pull out the transmitter key.
3. Turn off the main power supply of the crane.
4. Find out the reason.
6. Simple troubleshooting:
Note: Under the normal operation of the original
1. Can't work at all
A. Determine whether the crane's original line mode (ground operation) or the cam operation of the cab can work normally, if not, ask the crane maintenance personnel to repair it.
B. Insert the transmitter key, press STOP to stop emergency, make sure the transmitter power indicator is bright green and flashing,
It means that the power is sufficient. If it is red or does not light up, please replace the battery. If it is still invalid after replacement, send it for repair.
C. Check whether the 1/4 ampere fuse of the receiver's power supply is normal. If necessary, replace the backup fuse with the correct current.
D. Take out the optional spare transmitter and use it. If it still does not work, it means there is a problem with the receiver.
E. Replace with the optional spare receiver. If it still does not work, it means that the wiring between the receiver and the crane is faulty, or it is subject to very serious radio wave interference.
2. Some functions cannot work
A. Determine whether the original operation mode can work normally, if not, ask the crane maintenance personnel to repair it.
B. Check whether the fuse (5 ampere) of this function on the receiver is normal, and replace it with the correct fuse if necessary.
Note: Turn off the main power of the crane before replacing the fuse, otherwise you may suffer an electric shock.
3. Intermittently at work
A. Determine whether the original line method can work normally, if not, ask the crane maintenance personnel to repair it.
B. Determine whether the transmitter battery power is sufficient or exceeds the remote control distance.
C. Look for crane maintenance personnel to repair it.
The remote control operation mode is often used for single-beam cranes and small-tonnage double-beam cranes. In the process of use, we must pay attention to maintenance and operation safety.
