Allowable deviation of crane beam installation in steel structure workshop

There may be errors in the installation of anything, and the crane beam of the steel structure workshop is no exception, but as long as the deviation of the crane beam is within the allowable range, it is acceptable. The crane girder is the basis for the safe operation of the bridge crane. The editor will introduce the allowable deviation of the crane girder installation in the steel structure workshop.

Allowable deviation of crane beam installation in steel structure workshop (mm):

Verticality of the beam in the middle of the span: h/500;

Lateral bending vector height: l/1500 and should not be greater than 10.0;

Vertical arch vector height: 10.0

Center displacement of supports at both ends:

1. When installed on a steel column, the offset to the center of the corbel: 5.0;

2. When installed on a concrete column, the offset of the positioning axis: 5.0;

Offset between the center of the crane beam support stiffener plate and the column pressure stiffener plate: t/2;

The height difference of the top surface of the crane beam of the same cross section in the same span (mm):

1. At the support: 10.0;

2. Other places: 15.0;

3. The height difference of the bottom surface of the hanging crane beam in the same cross section in the same span: 10.0;

4. The height difference of the top surface of the crane beam between two adjacent columns in the same row: l/1500, and not more than 10.0;

Joints of two adjacent crane beams:

1. Center dislocation: 3.0;

2. The height difference of the top surface of the deck type: 1.0;

3. The height difference of the top surface of the through type: 1.0;

The center span of the crane beam of any section in the same span: ±10.0;

Deviation from the center of the track to the axis of the crane girder web: t/2;

The standard GB50205-2001 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering" clearly stipulates the allowable error of crane beams in steel structure workshops, and everyone must strictly abide by it.
