The control circuit presents abnormal noise, "buzzing" sound. Under normal circumstances, the contactor has faults (such as poor contact of the AC contactor, inconsistent voltage level, blockage of the magnetic core, etc.). Contact problems should be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, it is necessary to replace it. After processing, the noise is eliminated by itself.

If the motor has abnormal noise, stop it immediately to check whether the motor is single-phase running, whether the bearing is damaged, whether the coupling is correct, and whether there is a "wiring" fault, which may cause abnormal noise of the motor. The sound level and sound level of different faults are different. When the motor is running in a single phase, the whole motor will have a regular and weak "humming" sound. When the bearing is damaged. There is a "buzzing" sound nearby, accompanied by a "cackling" sound; when the coupling is faulty or the motor passes slightly, the whole motor will have a high "buzzing" sound, sometimes accompanied by a sharp and sharp sound. sound. In short, according to different noises, the faults should be found one by one, maintenance should be carried out, and the normal function of the motor should be restored. If you don't deal with the motor fault, please don't use it.

Abnormal noise and faults of the reducer (such as the lack of smooth oil in the reducer or bearings, worn or damaged gears, damaged bearings, etc.). At this moment, stop checking the reducer or bearing to see if lubricating oil is added before use, and replace lubricating oil regularly during use. If you don't need to be smooth, the reducer will not only produce excessive "hum". Humming can also cause excessive wear or damage to gears and bearings. Some people think that the reducer can work temporarily or at will, does not need lubricating oil, and will not show serious problems. This is wrong. In our company's installation sometimes, because the workers forgot to fill the reducer with lubricating oil, the gearbox made a lot of noise and only drove for one day. The gear was found to be scrapped due to excessive wear. The bearing of the reducer is damaged, which is similar to the fault of the motor bearing, and abnormal noise will be generated near the bearing. In order to prevent the problem from expanding, no matter whether the gear of the reducer is excessively worn or damaged, or the bearing of the reducer is damaged, it is necessary to immediately remove it for repair or replacement to eliminate the problem and reduce the noise.
