The starting and braking of the single beam suspension crane is realized by the friction between the driving wheel and the I-beam track. If the friction of the driving wheels on the end beams on both sides of the crane is inconsistent. Then the crane will inevitably twist. The following is an analysis of the causes and solutions according to different twisting phenomena.

1. No twisting at start, twisting at stop

When there is no obvious torsion when starting operation and there is obvious torsion when stopping, observe that the driving wheel on the swing side rotates with the torsion, and it can be determined that it is caused by the inconsistent braking on both sides. When starting, the motor starts synchronously, so no twisting occurs. If the driving wheel does not rotate with the torsion, it is not a braking problem, but caused by the suspension of one side of the driving wheel.

2. Twist when starting and stopping

There are two cases of torsion when starting and stopping: one side of the motor is damaged and brake failure; one side of the end beam driving wheel friction is too small or suspended. If the motor is damaged and the brake fails, it can be solved by replacing or repairing the motor and adjusting the brake. There are two situations for the torsion during starting and stopping caused by the suspension of the driving wheel: one is that the lower flange of the I-beam is not flat due to installation, so that the tread of the I-beam track and the driving wheel of the end beam cannot be effectively contacted; the other is the I-beam itself There are deviations. If the deviation causes the side of the inner gear to be too large, it is exactly the side where the driving wheel is running, it can also cause poor contact between the driving wheel and the I-steel track tread.

In either case, the driving wheel cannot contact the tread of the I-beam track when starting. The driving wheel rotates but cannot walk effectively, resulting in lag. When the other side walks for a certain distance, the slippery side is driven to walk. When stopping, although the driving wheel on the slippery side has stopped rotating, the driving wheel and the tread of the I-beam track are not in good contact with the I-steel track. Twist. Therefore, the key problem to solve the torsion pendulum is to make the driving wheel and the I-steel track tread can effectively contact. Therefore, the following points should be paid attention to when installing the suspended crane :

  1.  The levelness and design elevation deviation of the I-beam track suspension support and the I-beam track connection surface should be controlled within the specified range.
  2.  Check the selected I-beam track, and its size should meet the requirements. At the same time, the elevation difference of the same section of the I-beam track should meet the standard of GB50278-1998. If the difference of the same section is too large, it can also cause poor contact of the driving wheel of one side end beam and cause slippage and cause torsion.
  3.  After the I-beam track is installed, check the levelness under the lower flange of the I-beam.
  4.  The drive device of the crane should be installed in the inner gear of the crane, which is beneficial to reduce the possibility of twisting due to the deformation of the bridge frame in the load-bearing state or after a period of use.
  5.  Trial operation after installation or the suspension crane that is already in use, when there is no problem in the design itself, there is still twisting in the whole stroke or a certain part. A pad can be used. The thickness of the pad should be 0.5 ~ 3mm. The pad should be pad on the connecting plate between the flange and the support seat on the other side of the track tread of the driving wheel suspension. between. After padding, use spot welding or other methods to fix it.

The torsion phenomenon of the single-beam suspension crane is likely to cause damage to the suspension wheel set and I-beam track, which brings hidden dangers to safe production. When this problem occurs, the enterprise must solve it as soon as possible.
