The working level of the crane, that is, the classification of the crane is determined by the utilization level of the crane and the load status of the crane. The working level of the crane is represented by the symbol A, and its working level is divided into 8 levels, namely A1 ~ A8.

The utilization level of a crane represents the frequency of use of the crane during the entire design life. According to the total number of working cycles during the design life, it is divided into 10 levels from U0 to U9; the load status of the crane is an index indicating the degree of load on the crane , According to the nominal load spectrum coefficient, it is divided into four grades: light, medium, heavy and extra heavy. Considering the utilization level and load status comprehensively, according to the diagonal principle, the crane working level is divided into 8 levels from A1 to A8.
