3.1.2 The 5T hoist running motor is ZDY21-4/0.8KW, the voltage is 380V, the current is 2.4A, and the Siemens inverter is selected, the model is 6SL32240CA211UA0; or the ABB inverter model is ACS550-01-05A3-4; the selection is based on site conditions Equipped with incoming line reactor. The resistance of the braking resistor is 210 ohms and the power is 0.4KW.

3.2 Hoist lifting mechanism:

3.3 Trolley operating mechanism:

3.4 Braking resistor

The brake resistors of the selected frequency converters for the hoist lifting mechanism, the running mechanism and the crane trolley running mechanism are all dust-proof and high-temperature resistant tubular resistors, which are fixed outside the control box to maintain good ventilation.

3.5 Frequency conversion speed regulation control mode

3.5.1 The frequency converter for crane operation and hoist operation adopts multi-speed digital V/f control mode.

3.5.2 The inverter for crane operation and hoist operation adopts PG-free vector control mode.

3.6 Limit switch

The mechanical and electrical limit devices of the two ends of the crane are set for the operation of the crane: the upper limit and the lower limit are set for the electric hoist.

3.7 Low-voltage electrical components

The main low-voltage electrical components are imported from Siemens and Schneider.

3.8 Mode of operation

3.9 Laying of electrical box
