Reasonable lubrication can ensure the working performance and life of various crane mechanisms. Mechanical and electrical products should refer to their own manuals for maintenance and lubrication. Grease should be injected once a week for traveling carts, hoisting trusses, etc., and the grease should be replaced once every six months. When the hoist is filled with industrial gear oil, the oil level should be checked frequently to ensure that the oil level of the oil tank is 1/2-2/3. If the oil level is low, it should be refilled in time, and the lubricating oil should be replaced every six months.
It is necessary to check the broken wires, wear and corrosion of the wire ropes, and frequently refuel the wire ropes for maintenance and rust removal. If there are broken wires, broken strands, or wear of more than 10%, new ropes should be replaced in time. The rope groove wear should also be checked, whether the wheel flange is cracked and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft, if any, repair or replace it in time. The spreader must be inspected regularly, and the surface inspection or the flaw detection inspection of the hook must be carried out frequently. If there is damage, it must be replaced in time.
Regular inspection of the outrigger rim, tread and brake: when the wear or crack of the rim reaches 10% of the thickness, replace the new wheel in time; when the diameter of the two driving wheels on the tread differs by more than D/600, or there are serious problems on the tread The car should be polished again when there is a scar; the brake should be checked once every shift, the brake should be accurate, the pin should not be stuck, the brake shoe should be closely attached to the brake wheel when braking, and the brake shoe gap should be equal when the brake is released.
In order to ensure that the gantry crane can operate safely and stably, the user must formulate operating procedures and perform operations in strict accordance with the procedures.
Before work, check the brakes, hooks, wire ropes, safety devices and other components as required. If abnormal phenomena are found, they should be eliminated first; the driver must confirm that there is no one on the platform or track before turning on the main power supply. When the power circuit breaker is locked or the main power supply has a notice board, the original relevant personnel must confirm that there is no problem before closing the main power supply.
When lifting a heavy object for the first time in each shift or when the lifting load reaches the maximum weight, the heavy object shall be lowered after the height of 0.5 to 1 meters above the ground to check the performance of the brake and confirm that it is reliable and correct before proceeding to normal operations.
During the operation, the operator should ring the bell for the following operations according to the regulations: when the hook is unhooked and hooked, when the traveling crane, and the crane is traveling; when the crane is traveling when the line of sight is not clear, the bell should be continuously sounded. ; The crane is approaching another crane while it is traveling; when someone approaches the crane's operating range. Operation should be carried out in accordance with the unified command signal.
When there is a sudden power failure during work , all controller handles should be placed in the "zero" position, and the crane should be checked for normal operation before restarting work.
During the normal operation of the crane traveling cart and hoisting girder, it is strictly forbidden to turn on the reverse brake to stop; when changing the movement direction of the traveling crane or hoisting girder, the handle must be placed in the "zero" position to stop the mechanism completely. After that, you can drive in the reverse direction.
For cranes with two hooks, when the main and auxiliary hooks are switched and the height of the two hooks is close, the main and auxiliary hooks must be operated separately to avoid collisions between the two hooks. A crane with two hooks is not allowed to lift two objects with two hooks at the same time; adjust the lifting mechanism brake when it is not working.
It is not allowed to stop using the limit position limiter, and it is strictly forbidden to adjust the lifting mechanism brake under load.
If an abnormality is found during the operation, the machine should be shut down immediately, the cause should be checked and eliminated in time, and the operation can be continued after confirming that the fault has been completely eliminated.
After working, raise the hook to a certain height, park the traveling cart and the hoisting truss at the designated position, and place the controller handle at the "zero" position; pull down the switch handle of the protective box to cut off the power supply. To carry out daily maintenance and do a good job of handover work.
The quality of operating personnel is an important part of the safety management process, and the quality of personnel directly affects industry safety. The operation of the gantry crane is a special operation. The unit should recruit personnel with special operation qualifications for gantry cranes as drivers, and strive to train internally qualified personnel with relevant operation qualifications.
