1. Crane bridge installation

First put the main girder of the crane on the parallel horizontal track on the platform, connect the end girder with bolts to form a whole bridge, and then install the driving mechanism of the crane, first adjust the wheel center line installation and adjustment The reducer, and then the reducer and the motor are connected through the coupling and the drive shaft. The clearance between the inner side of the wheel flange of the electric hoist and the flange of the I-beam track is 2-5mm. When assembling the bridge, check according to the regulations in Table 7.02 in GB50278-98.

2. Hoisting of crane

The hoisting of the crane is carried out by crane or mast depending on the specific situation. When the roof truss of the factory building is not installed, the crane is used for hoisting in place as a whole. The crane is selected as a 12t crane. When the roof truss of the factory is installed, a single mast is used for hoisting. The mast selects Φ219×6 steel pipes. Pulley block.

For the hoisting of electric single-girder cranes, attention should be paid to the installation of the bridge frame, so that the hoisting position can be found for hoisting. When hoisting, workers must carry out hoisting according to the current situation. The placement of some components should also be measured in advance.
