Reasons and solutions for the failure of the whole electric single-beam crane to start

1.  The power supply is not closed or the power supply lacks phase
2.  Poor contact of current collector
3.  The phase continuous relay works, making the mechanism unable to operate normally
4.  Poor contact of emergency stop switch
5.  The contactor cannot complete self-locking
6.  There is a break in the control circuit

Troubleshooting method:

1.  Check whether the power supply is closed and there are few phases
2.  Check or replace the current collector
3.  Exchange any two phases in the power supply
4.  Check whether the emergency stop switch is in good condition and the wireless head is loose
5.  Check whether the self-locking circuit is normal
6.  Replace the control line
