Scrap standards and inspection requirements for single-girder crane tracks

The track is the basis for the operation of a single-girder crane . It needs to bear the wheel pressure of the crane wheel and guide the wheel to run. 1. Track use requirements and track inspection content:

The track should be straight, the gap between the two track joints is 1~2mm (summer) or 3~5mm (winter), the joint up and down, the left and right misalignment cannot exceed 1mm, the joints are flat, the crimping is firm, and there is no twisting when walking or braking. Phenomenon .

The main contents of the track inspection are:

• Check the rails, bolts and fishplates for cracks, looseness and corrosion. If cracks are found, they should be replaced in time, and other defects should be repaired in time;
•  The track adjustment should meet its relevant technical standards;
•  The track should be maintained frequently.

2. The track is damaged to the following extent and should be scrapped and replaced.

1. Track cracks (cracks on rails can be inspected with line track flaw detectors, transverse cracks can be connected by fishplates, and diagonal or longitudinal cracks need to be replaced with new tracks), or the top and sides of the track are worn (single side) If it exceeds 3mm, it shall be scrapped.

3. Deformations such as partial lateral plastic deformation or partial torsion of the crane's running track will affect the normal operation of the crane, such as severe gnawing, deviation, or snaking.
4. When the pressure plate fixing device used for the fixing of the crane running track, if the track fixing position shifts sideways, the reliable and firm fixing cannot be guaranteed after the repair.
5. When the crane rail is fixed by welding connection or welding clamp device, if the fixed connection weld has cracks or open welding damage, it should be repaired, if the meaning of repair welding is lost.
6. Check the track splint or fish plate for cracks.

When the crane gnaws on the rail , the damage to the wheels and rail is very serious, which can shorten the service life of the rail. Therefore, after discovering the problem, it is necessary to deal with it as soon as possible to ensure that the track has a longer service life. When the track is cracked, scrap it decisively and replace with new parts.
