What is chain electric hoist?

"Electric chain hoist", also known as electric chain hoist, is a light and small lifting equipment. The electric chain hoist is composed of motor, transmission mechanism and sprocket. All electric chain hoists are produced according to international standards. The body is beautiful, strong and durable. All internal gears are quenched at high temperature, which increases the wear resistance and toughness of gears. The most advanced international technology is adopted, with fine workmanship and tight fit between gears.

What are the main characteristics of chain electric hoist

1. The body adopts high-strength tensile shell or die-casting aluminum shell, which is precision manufactured by thin-wall extrusion process. Advanced performance structure, small volume, light weight, reliable performance, convenient operation and wide application range. It is very convenient for lifting heavy objects, loading and unloading, maintenance equipment and lifting goods. It can also be installed on suspended I-beam, curved track, swing arm crane guide rail and fixed lifting point to lift heavy objects.
2.  The standard ring chain electric hoist has an independent gearbox system, sealed the two-stage coaxial transmission gear mechanism in the gearbox, and adopts a long-life oil bath lubrication system. The powder metallurgy clutch of the electric hoist is used as the overload protection device, and the disc DC electromagnetic field braking is adopted for braking, with large braking torque, stability, speed and low noise.

The lifting capacity of chain electric hoist is generally 0.1 ~ 100 tons, and the lifting height is 3 ~ 120 meters. It has a wide range of applications. It is mainly used in major factories, warehouses, wind power generation, logistics, docks, construction and other industries. It is used for lifting or loading and unloading goods. It can also lift heavy objects to facilitate work or repair large machines. The chain electric hoist is operated by the operator on the ground with a button, or in the control room or by wired (wireless) remote control. The ring chain electric hoist can be used not only for fixed suspension, but also for traveling with electric monorail trolley and manual push / pull monorail trolley.

Electric chain hoists are divided into fixed type and mobile type.

1、 Fixed type

It is independently applicable to the occasion where the materials need to be lifted at a fixed point, that is, the hoist is suspended in a fixed position, the power is connected, and the materials can be lifted and lowered vertically up and down.

2、 Running type

When applied in the workplace where the covering line or surface is required, the running hoist is divided into the following four connection modes.

1. The cloud type trolley connected with I-steel track or H-steel track can be divided into manual operation and electric operation.
2. Connection with (Demag) KBK track, which is rolled with high-quality steel and formed by resistance welding. PK hoist is connected with KBK track through an internal hanging trolley.
3. It is connected with column or wall jib crane.
4. Connect to the suspended conveyor.

3. Outdoor use (the protection grade of PK hoist can reach IP55, and the insulation grade of motor is grade F).
4. Synchronous control of double hoist (generally, the distance between two hooks of double hook hoist is fixed. Considering the volume of electric hoist, the hook distance cannot be very large. Instead, two ring chain hoists are directly selected. The user can adjust the hook distance according to the needs of lifting objects.
