1. Damaged overload limiter
2. The limit switch is damaged
3. The contactor contacts are burnt out
4. Control line breakage

1. Fix the overload limiter
2. Replace the limit switch
3. Replace the contactor
4. Check the control line

The contactor is closed but the mechanism does not work

Cause of issue:

1.  The ascending limit card owner has not returned
2.  The brake won't open
3.  Damaged motor high-speed gear

Решение:

1.  Repair the rising limit switch
2.  Check whether the brake is sensitive
3.  Replace the high-speed gear

The hooks of electric single-beam cranes can only rise or fall are possible problems. When a problem occurs, it is necessary to calmly analyze the cause of the failure, solve the problem in time, and reduce the impact on the production of the enterprise.
