1. The driver should understand the structure, performance, working principle and main technical parameters of the crane; master the function of its safety device and the correct operation method; apprentices and trainers must be supervised by a full-time driver to operate the crane, and no single person is allowed to operate the crane.
2. The driver must ring the bell for 3 to 5 seconds before powering on and testing, before closing and powering on and testing in order, confirm the safety devices, and report any problems in time. It is strictly forbidden to operate cranes with hidden dangers.
3. The driver should look around during the operation and pay attention to the situation of the car. It is strictly forbidden to drive fast, not to crash, not to pass over important equipment or people's heads, and to warn when approaching the crane with the same span or when there are people on the line of heavy objects. Signals can only be passed when safety is ensured.
4. The driver has the right to refuse any person's illegal command (including multi-person command and refusal to lift), but the emergency stop signal issued by any person must be implemented. Resolutely implement the "Ten Do Not Hang".
5. When lifting heavy objects, lift about 200mm to verify that the brakes are sensitive and reliable before starting the lifting. When lifting, the lift must be more than 2 meters above the ground or 0.5 meters above the obstacle of 2 meters before driving large and small vehicles.
6. The crane truck or trolley should approach the end slowly. Under normal circumstances, it is forbidden to hit the safety stop, it is forbidden to hit the reverse brake, and it is forbidden to stop with the control mechanism of the limit device.
7. It is strictly forbidden to lift dangerous goods such as inflammable and explosive. Special lifting cages must be used to lift oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders. Lifting is prohibited when mixed.
8. When cooperating with the maintenance personnel, they must stop in the safety inspection position. The driver must obey the instructions of the maintenance personnel, and is not allowed to remove the license plate and send electricity at will. When starting any working system, the driver must go to the scene to confirm it in person, and after all personnel have evacuated to a safe position, start the test drive according to the regulations to ensure the safety of others.
9. During the operation of the crane, if there is an accidental power failure and heavy objects hanging in the air or a major equipment accident, personal injury or dangerous accident occurs, the driver should stop immediately and notify the squad leader, except for special circumstances, and shall not leave the scene and wait. The superior instructed to deal with it accordingly.
10. Anyone getting on and off the bridge crane must contact the driver clearly, and wait for the car to stop at the parking space before getting on and off. No one can force the car to pick up. It is strictly forbidden to cross from one vehicle to another. Clean the equipment and check the operation of each organization before the shift, prepare for the next shift, and are not allowed to walk on the narrow box-shaped trolley track beam.
11. After the work is completed, earnestly implement the shift system , handover equipment operation status, safety device intact status, replacement of vulnerable parts in the shift , etc., and both parties can leave the post after approval and signature. It is strictly forbidden for the succeeding driver to get off the car without permission.
1. All electromagnetic chuck cranes must not allow heavy objects to stay in the air for a long time, and are not allowed to hit any objects with the disk. When stopping the operation, the disk must be dropped to the ground and the power supply must be cut off.
2. When the slag straddle and smash the slag, follow the instructions of the ground personnel and operate carefully. When the slag thallium is in a high position, a bell is required to warn, and the slag smashing operation can only be carried out after the ground personnel are withdrawn to a safe position.
3. When lifting the slag pot, use the special spreader to confirm that it is hung firmly, follow the correct instructions of the ground personnel, and make sure to prevent it from falling off and damaging the equipment. When the slag basin is lowered, if the slag basin is too heavy, the liquid steel slag in the slag basin must be cooled and solidified before being lifted. It is not allowed to lift when there is slag or molten steel flowing out. When loading the vehicle, follow the instructions of the ground personnel, load the vehicle slowly, and prohibit the phenomenon of excessively wide and heavy weight.
4. When turning over the slag basin , it must be turned over in a dry place. It is not allowed to turn over in a damp and watery place to prevent people from being injured by the blasting.
5. When hoisting refractory bricks across slag, it is strictly forbidden to hoist more than two boxes at the same time to prevent the hanging objects from falling.
1. When lifting the molten iron, you must follow the correct instructions of the ground personnel. After confirming that the bag hook is firmly hung, lift the 200mm-300mm and verify that the brake is normal before the formal lifting operation.
2. After making up the furnace, when the first furnace of molten iron is added, the iron should be mixed with a small flow first, and after adding about 1T, the iron should be exchanged normally when there is no abnormal situation. If you find that the flame bursts out suddenly, you should drop the small hook immediately, and it is forbidden to pull the trolley out, and then redeem it after the flame is small. When the flame is found to be hard and large, and the steel wire rope is burnt, the iron exchange should be stopped immediately, the inspection and confirmation should be carried out, and the relevant personnel can be notified to continue the operation after the inspection and confirmation. And make a record and report to the leader.

4. It is forbidden to hang small hooks in advance when lifting the ladle.
1. When lifting the billet, first confirm whether the clamps are hung firmly, and after lifting 300mm, stop and check the condition of the billet before lifting it.
2. When the billet is off the assembly line, the clamp should be placed in the center position to ensure that the billet is lifted in a balanced manner.
3. The stacking should be neat to avoid hurting people due to the unstable center of gravity.
4. It is forbidden to lift and transport the billet in the area where people are working. When loading the truck, it should be lifted and handled carefully to prevent the vehicle from smashing and hurting people.
5. When the loaded billet moves to the front of the car, no one is allowed to stand in front of the car stall, otherwise it is not allowed to be lifted.
6. When the steel billet is lifted by the one-span bridge crane and placed on the turntable, the steel billet is strictly prohibited to exceed the turntable, and the super-long slab should be contacted and placed securely in time.
1. When hoisting molten steel, you must follow the correct instructions of the ground personnel, and confirm that the bag hook is firmly hoisted for about 200mm-300mm before starting the hoisting operation after verifying that the brake is normal.
2. Operate slowly when measuring temperature, and it is strictly forbidden to collide with the casting machine platform. It is strictly forbidden to collide with the stop when turning the ladle on the turntable, and slowly fall to prevent the molten steel from splashing out.
3. When loading the empty package, follow the instructions of the caster personnel and make sure to hang it firmly before lifting; when the slag is dumped, the auxiliary hook should be hung up when the cart runs to the top of the slag basin, and the height of the main hook from the slag basin should be appropriate. 4. When the repairing platform is unpacked, follow the instructions and fall steadily. It is strictly forbidden to collide or squeeze the repairing platform.
5. Special spreaders must be used when lifting the slag basin. Obey the instructions and make sure that the slag is firmly hung before lifting. The liquid steel slag in the slag basin must be cooled and solidified before being lifted. Do not lift when there is slag or molten steel flowing out.
