If there is any problem, it should be repaired in time before use, and it should be placed in a safe area after use. When lifting the workpiece, place one hand on the operating switch, and the other hand should grasp the smooth reciprocating movement of the workpiece. Do not chat while lifting to avoid danger. When lifting any workpiece, you must try to lift it. The hook should be vertical. If an imbalance is found, the hook should be adjusted in time. Inclined hanging is not allowed. Try to lift again to keep the workpiece stable. Cantilever cranes shall not be overloaded and the lifting weight of any workpiece shall not exceed 500kg.
Otherwise, it will be punished in accordance with the operating procedures. When lifting the workpiece, do not leave the ground too high. It should be half a person's height. If there are objects crossing, please be careful not to collide. When lifting any workpiece, you should always pay attention to the operating conditions. If abnormal noises and abnormal phenomena are found, the lifting should be stopped immediately and report to be handled in time. Surgery with illness is not allowed. Otherwise, it will be punished in accordance with the operating procedures. When using a cantilever crane for workpiece calibration, the power of the machine tool must be turned off to avoid touching the handle and causing a machine rotation accident. When the cantilever crane is in use, it is strictly forbidden to repair it. When the cantilever crane is working, no one is allowed to stand under the boom. Do not drag heavy objects. When the cantilever crane is not in use, it should be placed in a safe place and should not be parked at will.
