1. Before starting the crane, carefully check whether the mechanical equipment, electrical parts and protective safety devices are intact and reliable. If the controller, brake, limiter, electric bell, emergency switch and other main accessories fail, it is strictly forbidden to lift the weight.
2. You must obey the signalman's instructions, but for any emergency stop signal sent by anyone, you should stop immediately.
3. The driver can only operate after confirming the command signal, and ring the bell before driving.
4. When work is stopped, no lifting objects are allowed to stay in the air. During operation, a bell should be sounded to warn when someone on the ground or dropping hanging parts. It is strictly forbidden to hang objects over people's heads. Lifting objects must not be too high from the ground.
5. When overhauling, the power supply should be cut off, and the warning sign of "prohibition and brake" should be hung up. Fences should be set up on the ground and a sign of "No Passage" should be hung.
6. When lifting heavy tonnage objects, first try to lift them slightly off the ground to confirm that the hanging is stable and the brakes are good, then lift up and run slowly.
7. During operation, no one is allowed to get on and off. It is also not allowed to perform maintenance and adjustment during operation.
8. If a sudden power failure occurs during operation, the switch handle must be placed in the "0" position. Do not leave the cab if the lifting parts are not put down or the locks are not disconnected.
9. When the hanging parts slide down due to a sudden failure during operation, emergency measures must be taken to land to no one.
10. When the open-air electric hoist gantry crane encounters a storm, a lightning strike, or a strong wind above level 6, it should stop working, cut off the power supply, and block the front and back of the wheel.
11. Adequate lighting should be provided for night work.
12. In addition to the implementation of the above clauses, the gantry crane should also pay attention to obstacles on the track when driving; when lifting tall objects obstructing the line of sight, special personnel should be set up on both sides to monitor and command.
13. The driver must earnestly achieve "Ten No Hanging".
1. Do not hang if the load exceeds the rated load;
2. The command signal is unknown, the weight is unknown, and the light is dim.
3. The sling and accessories are not tied tightly, and do not hang if they do not comply with the safety rules;
4. Use electric hoist gantry crane to hang heavy objects directly for processing without lifting,
5. Slanted pull and oblique hanging without hanging;
6. People standing on the workpiece or live objects floating on the workpiece are not hanging;
7. Do not hang explosive items such as oxygen cylinders and acetylene generators;
8. The notch with edges and corners is not properly padded and is not hung;
9. Do not hang objects buried in the ground;
10. If the liquid or fluid is too full, don't hang it.
14. After the work is completed, the electric hoist gantry crane should stop at the specified position, raise the hook, drive the trolley to both ends of the track, place the control handle at the "0" position, cut off the power, and confirm that there is nothing on or around the lifting object. The main power can be turned on only when there are people;
