The main girder web or cover shows cracks: Long-term overload is the main reason for fatigue and cracking of the main girder web or cover. When the fatigue crack is less than 0.1mm, it can be smoothed with a grinding wheel; for larger cracks, drill 8mm holes at both ends of the crack, and then cut a 60° groove along both sides of the crack for repair welding. Important force-bearing components should be reinforced with reinforcing plates to ensure their strength.
De-welding of main beam splicing welds: In production, the original welding quality of bridge cranes is poor, and there are welding shortcomings. Use high-quality welding rods for repair welding; when repairing, due to improper welding process, residual stress or long-term overload use, reasonable selection should be made The process is to polish the unsoldered part before welding, and it is forbidden to overload during subsequent use.
The web of the main beam has wave-shaped deformation: the reason is that the welding process is improper and the welding stress is caused, or the part of the web is instability caused by the overload. If you find this shortcoming, you can use acetylene welding to heat the part, and then use a hammer to eliminate the deformed internal stress. It is forbidden to overload the crane. After the flame is corrected, the wave deformation caused by partial instability of the web can be eliminated.
Main girder lateral bending deformation: the welding process of the main girder of the single-beam bridge machine is improper, and the deformation caused by the superposition of the internal welding stress and the working stress should be heated by acetylene welding on the convex surface of the main girder, and equipped with appropriate jacking tools, and correcting by flame The method can eliminate the lateral tortuous deformation of the crane. Because of improper transportation and storage, the flame correction method should be used to eliminate the side bending deformation of the main beam, and the crane should be transported and stored correctly in the future to avoid recurring side bending deformation.
Main girder sinking deformation: excessive internal stress in the main girder of the bridge crane, improper storage and transportation of the crane, overloading of the crane or harsh operating environment, excessive heating effect, etc., may cause the main girder to sink and deform. Select acetylene welding to correct the deformation, and then use channel steel to reinforce the lower cover plate of the main beam to eliminate the sinking deformation.
