The main reason: the ambient temperature is too high; the distance between the lifting racks is large or loose.

Treatment method: Partially use heat insulation board and add sun visor outside; increase the number of sliding contact wire lifting racks, correct the conductor and tighten the screws.

2. There is a big abnormal noise when the sliding contact line collector is walking

Main reasons: excessive current; uneven joints.

Solution: increase the number of current collectors; readjust the rail connection.

3. There is a spark in the conductor

The main reason: poor contact between the brush surface and the guide rail.

Treatment method: check the conductor joints, properly break in the brushes, and ensure 60% of the contact area.

4. Scratches on the side of the brush

The main reasons: the brush is worn, the current collector is not positioned correctly; the force transmission of the puller side of the tractor is too large.

Treatment method: replace and modify the spring pressure; replace the traction fork or modify the retractor fork.

5. The sliding contact line shakes a lot when working

The main reasons: the fork can not absorb the transmission error; the straightness of the guide rail is poor; the lifting rack is loose.

Treatment method: correct the tractor so that it can freely absorb the transmission error; adjust the straightness of the guide rail; tighten the screw of the lifting bracket.

6. Scratch on the shell of the sliding contact line collector

Main reasons: deformation of the conductor; poor positioning of the current collector.

Solution: According to the second fault, add the lifting rack; adjust the collector.

7. The brush wears out quickly

Main reasons: uneven joints; excessive current carrying capacity; high spring pressure.

Treatment method: reconnect the guide rail as required; increase the number of collectors; replace and modify the spring pressure.

8. Power off the sliding contact line

The main reasons: the brush is climbing in the conductor; the brush is severely worn and the conductor cannot be touched; the conductor joint is not flat; the single current collector is used; the rail joint is loose.

Treatment method: check whether the current collector brush is severely worn, replace the current collector brush; replace the brush to re-adjust the connection node; use a double-brush current collector; re-adjust and tighten the connection screw.
