The man-machine interface provides field-level status information display and parameter setting functions, and displays primary information such as power supply, faults, load, hook position, control mode, detection component status, and operating status of various mechanisms. The automatic control and material information scanning system is a system that completes data exchange with the central control system through the form of bus communication, and completes the monitoring and management of a crane. The crane positioning and anti-sway equipment controls the position, speed and swing angle of the crane, trolley, and hook within the error range according to the control algorithm. The primary function of the active monitoring and material information scanning system is to dispatch missions in the workshop according to the material distribution status and process requirements, specifically to actively identify the material distribution status, send and receive information to the monitoring system and crane control system, and issue active operation instructions according to process requirements.
